• Approve and maintain changes, additions, deletions to the Transplant Provider Master List.
• Provide reimbursement analysis for new and current providers.
• Analyze revenue impact related to operational changes or regulatory compliance.
• Conduct denial and reimbursement reviews and audits.
• Serve on project teams to implement process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a hospital environment in a financial or project management role.
• Demonstrated experience in managing numerous projects simultaneously, process improvement, and financial analysis.
• Prior experience in acute care hospital or related medical entity.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and results driven.
