This includes working with billing teams to ensure that all charges are captured accurately and that the billing process adheres to regulatory requirements. The analyst will also be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators related to revenue cycle performance and will provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient accounting, particularly within a hospital setting, and will be well-versed in the complexities of hospital billing and reimbursement processes. Responsibilities

  • Analyze Revenue Cycle data to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ensure charge master compliance and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University (B.S. preferred).
  • Minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in Patient Accounting, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • At least 3 years of experience in revenue cycle management.
  • Knowledge of hospital billing and reimbursement processes.
  • Familiarity with third-party billing practices.
  • Proficient in using basic office equipment and software, including CTR computer, Word, and Excel.
