About the position

The Revenue Integrity Analyst plays a crucial role in understanding and enhancing the hospital revenue cycle. This position involves providing system support, planning, implementing, and evaluating operational needs related to revenue cycle processes. The analyst is responsible for data extraction and analysis from various systems, managing multiple projects, and identifying solutions to improve work performance based on data insights.

Responsibilities

• Obtain data extracts from specific systems to support audit functions.
• Validate data by researching anomalies and cross-referencing with other systems.
• Analyze charge capture and reconciliation data, providing monthly trending information.
• Assist in identifying, reporting, analyzing, and resolving information system problems.
• Provide backup resource for report analysis and account corrections.
• Collaborate with Charge Services Director to maintain knowledge of reports and complete monthly reports.
• Actively participate in team development and achieve department performance indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Finance required; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of hospital and finance work experience.
