The Revenue Integrity Analyst position is a contract role focused on ensuring the accuracy of billing and charging processes within a hospital environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of revenue cycle processes, particularly in hospital billing and charging using Epic. Responsibilities

• Analyze and ensure the accuracy of billing and charging processes within the hospital setting.
• Collaborate with team members to improve revenue cycle processes and integrity.
• Articulate and document experience navigating Epic, specifically related to charges and CPT codes.
• Participate in onsite interviews with leadership and team members.
• Assist in projects and tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility in response to changing priorities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue cycle management within a hospital environment.
• Strong understanding of hospital billing, charging processes, and CPT codes.
• Proven ability to navigate and utilize Epic for billing and revenue cycle management.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the role and organization.
• Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Epic certification (not required but will be provided in the future).
