About the position

We're looking for a Customer Success Revenue Operations Analyst to join Procore's Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will drive business growth by providing actionable insights and divisional operational reporting. You'll partner directly with Revenue Operations Business Partners, Data Analytics, and Customer Success Revenue Leadership to understand business problems, identify opportunities, and improve decision-making through actionable insights and business intelligence. This position will report to our Director, Global Customer Success Operations. The candidate must be based in North America. In this role, you will understand and improve divisional reporting and interpret key metrics to identify business risks and opportunities by developing a strong understanding of the drivers behind performance. You will partner closely with Customer Success Operations Business Partners to understand their reporting needs, help make data-driven business decisions, and influence strategy. Performing ad-hoc and in-depth analyses will be a key part of your responsibilities, translating them into insights that can be interpreted and actioned by business stakeholders. Additionally, you will partner with the analytics team to execute ad-hoc needs, inform future analytics roadmap, and work with a centralized analytics team to create self-service business reports and dashboards within Salesforce or Tableau. You will also collaborate with Operational leaders to compile and analyze data for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and key projects, serving as the analytical lead for quarterly business reviews, providing insights on ongoing business performance and trends. Your role will also involve providing data and insights for key strategic projects and running business initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and improve divisional reporting and interpret key metrics to identify business risks & opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success Operations Business Partners to understand their reporting needs and influence strategy.
  • Perform ad-hoc and in-depth analyses and translate them into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to execute ad-hoc needs and create self-service business reports and dashboards within Salesforce or Tableau.
  • Compile and analyze data for QBRs and key projects, serving as the analytical lead for quarterly business reviews.
  • Provide data and insights for key strategic projects and run business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience working as a business analyst or revenue operations specialist in Sales, Customer Success, or Marketing teams (experience in SaaS preferred).
