We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst II in the US to join our Americas (AMS) Field Sales Operations team, reporting to the director of Sales Operations, AMS. In this remote role, you will directly support and interact with sales leadership in an assigned region. You will help the sales leaders by ensuring the sales teams have support with our internal tools, processes, and systems and deliver business analytics and insights to the leaders. Part of this is identifying key trends and KPIs with recommendation solutions to drive sales effectiveness and productivity. You will own the data administration on Salesforce.com, Clari, and Tableau platforms. In addition, you'll collaborate with many cross-functional teams such as Enablement, Sales Finance, Channel, Marketing, Renewal Operations, Professional Services, and more. You're the ideal candidate if you are a detail-oriented and analytical professional who can manage complex processes and systems and deliver actionable recommendations. You also offer a high degree of focus on data and processes to enable scale, efficiency, and customer-centricity. You have a strong understanding and passion for helping sales teams be more productive in their day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic business partner to an assigned region including joining regional team meetings to understand the region's challenges as well as deliver business insights through data.
  • Own territory management in Salesforce and Clari to ensure data accuracy; work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on territory data.
  • Partner with Enablement to support the onboarding/offboarding process for the sales teams in your assigned region.
  • Lead new hire and sustained training on Salesforce, Clari, quoting, and more; be the main point of contact for the sellers on any system changes that are rolled out.
  • Act as the voice of the field for IT enhancements, ensuring we are optimizing our systems; provide feedback on system challenges with proposed solutions.
  • Become an expert on the assigned region performance, key metrics, and top initiatives; lead initiatives to actively review and improve sales analytics and dashboards.
  • Execute cadence for daily, weekly, and monthly analytics and dashboards and provide proactive, timely, and actionable analytics to sales leaders.
  • Become an expert on our quoting tool and assist sales reps with complex quotes.
  • Be an active member of the sales operations email distribution list.
  • Collaborate with other Sales Operations team members to help document processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years' experience in a sales, sales operations, or business analytics role in a high-tech, SaaS company; experience in the networking security industry is a big plus.
  • Strong understanding and passion for working with & supporting sales teams.
  • Proven track record of advanced data analysis and modeling skills in a complex and fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to represent data insights and tell the story that makes the data easy to understand.
  • Salesforce.com experience is required; Clari/Tableau experience is highly encouraged.
  • Previous CPQ experience encouraged.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and continually looking for ways to improve processes and system to accomplish goals.
