About the position

FullBloom is actively seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Revenue Operations Analyst for our growing K-12 solutions organization. This position is remote and will report directly to our Director of Revenue Operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team and the organization in managing key processes, applications, and initiatives related to FullBloom's revenue and growth efforts. The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for ensuring data management and quality within FullBloom's CRM (Dynamics) and associated applications, tracking CRM usage and adoption, and supporting sales forecasts, revenue projections, and strategic planning by providing accurate and timely sales data. In addition to data management, the Revenue Operations Analyst will provide user support and training to the expanding user base of CRM users across multiple business units. This includes actioning help tickets, providing individual and group training for sales and operators, collaborating on onboarding programs for new sales hires, and reviewing and updating training materials (Standard Operating Procedures) for sellers and operators. The role also involves process improvement and testing, where the analyst will test existing processes and new enhancements in the CRM, proactively identify issues and enhancement opportunities, and collect and analyze internal feedback to inform CRM product development and sales strategies. Furthermore, the Revenue Operations Analyst will support quarterly and ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests, analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for strategic improvement. This position is essential in ensuring that FullBloom's sales operations are efficient and effective, ultimately contributing to the organization's mission of making a meaningful impact on K-12 education through innovative partnerships and strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own the data management/hygiene in FullBloom's CRM (Dynamics) and associated applications.
  • Track CRM usage and adoption.
  • Support sales forecasts, revenue projections, and strategic planning by providing accurate and timely sales data.
  • Support the expanding user base of CRM users via actioning help tickets.
  • Provide individual and group training for sales and operators.
  • Collaborate on onboarding programs for new sales hires.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree.
  • Previous sales operations/enablement experience desired.
  • Must be technically savvy, with past CRM experience as a user or support highly desired.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft's suite of most used applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to handle complex, difficult, confidential or sensitive issues.
  • Ability to handle multiple demands and prioritize workload accordingly.
