Curve Dental is looking for a skilled and driven individual to join our team! Curve provides Dental Practices with award winning software and high-level customer support. Our software allows dentists to manage their full business including patient scheduling, billing, imaging and record keeping. We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Revenue Operations Analyst. This role will support the revenue operations team, working closely with sales, marketing, finance, and accounting teams to drive revenue optimization, financial planning, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for numbers, problem-solving, and a desire to grow within the SaaS industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue performance.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure that data related to sales orders, customer subscriptions, and CRM data is accurate and up-to-date in our CRM tools and associated systems.
  • Assist in Go To Market forecasting and budgeting processes, working closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, and product) to align on key assumptions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales processes, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of reporting and analysis.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis as needed to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a sales, operations, or analytical role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis).
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and financial systems.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, especially in financial data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify issues and work independently or as part of a team to implement solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on contributing to team success and business goals.

Nice-to-haves

  • Understanding of SaaS business models (recurring revenue, subscription metrics, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
