About the position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Operations Analyst to support our revenue operations team. This role will be crucial in managing our sales and marketing systems, assisting in forecasting and reporting, and providing support to internal sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of CRM and marketing systems, and a collaborative mindset. As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for administering and managing user access, data accuracy, and system configurations for sales and marketing platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, 6Sense, and others. You will ensure data integrity and compliance across all relevant systems, addressing and resolving any data-related issues. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and technical resources to implement system updates, integrations, and enhancements will also be a key part of your role. In addition, you will assist in the development and maintenance of executive dashboards and reporting tools to support forecasting and business analysis. Gathering and analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations for revenue performance and strategic planning will be essential. You will support the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports for senior leadership and other stakeholders. Furthermore, you will provide day-to-day support to sales and marketing teams, addressing system-related queries and troubleshooting issues. Assisting in the development and execution of processes and workflows to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales and marketing operations will be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to understand their needs and provide relevant data, insights, and support will be crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years' experience in a revenue operations, sales operations, or similar role, with hands-on experience in CRM and marketing automation systems.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, 6Sense, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to support and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system related issues.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
