About the position

Nextworld LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Operations Analyst to support its revenue operations team. This role is essential for managing sales and marketing systems, assisting in forecasting and reporting, and providing support to internal sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of CRM and marketing systems, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage user access, data accuracy, and system configurations for sales and marketing platforms, e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, 6Sense, and others.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance across all relevant systems, addressing and resolving any data-related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical resources to implement system updates, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and auditing of established executive dashboards and reporting tools to support forecasting and business analysis.
  • Gather and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for revenue performance and strategic planning.
  • Support the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports for senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Provide day-to-day support to sales and marketing teams, addressing system-related queries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Assist in the development and execution of processes and workflows to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales and marketing operations.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand their needs and provide relevant data, insights, and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years' experience in a revenue operations, sales operations, or similar role, with hands-on experience in CRM and marketing automation systems.
  • Proficiency in one of the following: Salesforce, HubSpot, 6Sense, or other relevant platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to support and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system related issues.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
