About the position

The Revenue Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in aligning the Go-To-Market (GTM) team throughout the client lifecycle to enhance growth, operational clarity, and efficiency. This position focuses on building a cohesive operational model that integrates various functions, avoiding the pitfalls of isolated operational teams. The analyst will be responsible for enabling operations across Sales and Digital Marketing, providing insights for stakeholders, and managing the tool stack in collaboration with the martech team. A strong background in data analytics and business processes is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Build out a Revenue Operations model to support the growth of the organization.
  • Oversee the Sales funnel, tracking conversion rates and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Execute weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasting to support sales leadership with data and analysis that improves forecast accuracy.
  • Develop and implement processes for effective marketing planning and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing Ops to ensure all top-of-funnel activities are captured and data integrity is maintained.
  • Drive key operational metrics for the sales organization, such as quota attainment and pipeline coverage.
  • Support the setup of core retargeting strategies.
  • Perform data analyses on large datasets to gather insights for key business decisions, including renewal data and product adoption.
  • Leverage team expertise to drive business process improvements.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in business administration, finance, management information systems, or related discipline.
  • 2-3+ years of related sales operations experience.
  • Experience using CRM Software and Marketing Automation tools (preferably Eloqua).
  • Proficiency in Tableau and Adobe Applications.
  • Salesforce experience required.
  • Effective management across multiple priorities, adjusting as needed.
  • Experience with data management and understanding of data transformation and visualization techniques.
