About the position

The Revenue Operations Analyst at Lucid Software plays a crucial role in supporting the Revenue Operations team by providing data analysis, financial modeling, and strategic insights to enhance decision-making processes. This position involves collaboration with various departments, including Sales, Finance, and Analytics, to drive performance visibility and optimize operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the continuous evolution of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic decision-making and planning in partnership with Sales leadership by producing analysis and recommendations.
  • Maximize partnership value for key stakeholders by presenting timely and actionable insights on key performance metrics.
  • Maintain and improve accessible sources of truth within Adaptive and Tableau for performance, quota capacity, and headcount.
  • Work cross-functionally to implement strategic solutions for process inefficiencies.
  • Communicate proactively and timely with Sales reps, leaders, and stakeholders on key performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with data analysis and financial modeling, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple initiatives.
  • Detail-oriented and organized to ensure accuracy and timeliness of work.
  • Ability to identify problems and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1+ years in a SaaS or recurring revenue business.
  • Experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Finance, Analytics, or FP&A.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, Adaptive, and SQL.
  • Degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Business, or Statistics.
  • Passion for working with emerging technologies.
