About the position

The Revenue Operations Analyst at Canto plays a crucial role in supporting the Global Go-To-Market (GTM) Organization by conducting analyses, managing reporting structures, and providing operational support. This position focuses on ensuring data accuracy, enhancing reporting capabilities, and collaborating with GTM leaders to drive strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure data accuracy in Salesforce, analyze sales data, and provide reports and recommendations to the Senior Operating Team.
  • Improve automated reporting capabilities to enhance the data-driven decision-making process.
  • Support GTM organization ad-hoc reporting requests.
  • Create and update reports and dashboards for real-time insights.
  • Continuously update and enhance reporting operations to align with best practices.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation of system processes and workflows.
  • Administer & calculate all GTM commissions for all pre- and post-sales roles across the GTM organization.
  • Assist with the creation of Commission plans as needed.
  • Be a thought partner and counselor to leaders across the business regarding data-driven actions.
  • Ensure sales technology is implemented and integrated to drive sales team efficiency while capturing key sales data for analysis and reporting.
  • Assist with Salesforce approval processes, including contract review and deal desk.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in revenue operations or a similar role, focusing on reporting & analytics.
  • Salesforce proficiency required, along with expertise in analytics, reporting, and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with additional tools like SalesLoft, Zapier, Gong, and DealHub is a plus.
  • Experience in commission administration and project management, with Monday.com familiarity being a bonus.
  • Understanding of Go-To-Market organizations and their data processes is essential.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting to senior leadership in both written and verbal formats.
  • Adaptable and detail-oriented with proven problem-solving abilities and sound business decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with intellectual curiosity and a passion for solving challenging problems; prior sales experience is preferred but not required.
