About the position

The Revenue Operations Analyst at Medbridge plays a crucial role in analyzing data and reporting metrics across the business to support strategic initiatives and enhance revenue operations. This position involves working closely with sales leadership to provide data-driven insights, ensuring data accuracy in Salesforce, and leading the transition of revenue-related reporting to an online model. The analyst will also be responsible for producing various reports and identifying areas for process improvement, all while contributing to the mission of improving healthcare experiences for patients and providers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and report metrics across the business, including forecasting and pipeline management.
• Collect, cleanse, and analyze revenue data to identify patterns, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and articulate a revenue reporting strategy to enhance Revenue Operations' impact.
• Analyze and provide insights related to Revenue performance to assist leadership in achieving goals.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in Salesforce, maintaining standard reports and dashboards.
• Lead the transition of revenue-related reporting from offline to online using Salesforce.
• Support the administration and execution of quarterly sales incentive compensation plans.
• Collaborate with the sales leadership team to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights.
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports using business reporting tools like Tableau and Google Slides.
• Lead cross-functional sessions to ensure consistent reporting standards and processes.
• Identify core process areas for improvement, including metrics, goals, and data governance.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional experience in a data-centric role.
• 2+ years working with multifaceted data sets.
• 2+ years of recent hands-on experience with Salesforce, specifically Salescloud Reports & Dashboards.
• Demonstrable proficiency in data analysis techniques, including statistical analysis and data visualization.
• Proven experience interpreting data results and presenting complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills, balancing detail-oriented analysis with synthesizing data for meaningful recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data extraction, merging data sets, and using complex functions.
• Proven success in data quality and assurance techniques, identifying and rectifying issues in data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas across the organization.

Nice-to-haves

• SQL knowledge, with the ability to write SQL queries to access and analyze data.
