About the position

As a Revenue Operations Analyst at Life Fitness/Hammer Strength, you will be instrumental in optimizing revenue processes and performance for the sales organization. This role focuses on managing and analyzing revenue forecasting tools and sales operations metrics to support strategic decision-making and drive revenue growth. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, track, and enhance the revenue forecasting tool for accurate forecasting.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and streamline processes.
• Provide training and support to sales leaders on using the forecasting tool effectively.
• Develop resources such as guides or FAQs for users to access and interpret data easily.
• Regularly audit and validate the accuracy of revenue forecasts, collaborating with sales teams to address discrepancies.
• Collect, analyze, and report on key sales and revenue performance metrics.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for actionable insights.
• Identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas within the sales process and pipeline.
• Conduct gap analysis and prioritize initiatives for performance improvements.
• Support the sales team with insights based on historical data and industry benchmarks.
• Analyze and identify risks to forecast accuracy and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and Power BI; experience with Macros is a plus.
• Strong aptitude for framing business questions with data and delivering insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
