About the position

As a Revenue Operations Manager/Lead/Specialist at Cover Genius, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing the day-to-day revenue operations for the AMER region. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities including business reporting, maintaining CRM hygiene and processes, and facilitating weekly and biweekly leadership meetings. You will be instrumental in setting and forecasting quotas and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the sales teams. Your contributions will extend to strategic revenue initiatives, where you will define and implement prioritization methodologies, roll out new compensation approaches, and help build new teams with clearly defined roles and responsibilities. Additionally, you will create new playbooks and processes to enhance operational efficiency. In this role, you will support the AMER VPs of Sales and Partner Services, ensuring that revenue operations run smoothly on a daily basis. You will collaborate with leadership across various departments including Partnerships, Partner Services, Insurance, and Marketing to drive process improvements, measurement, tracking, and analytics relevant to their functional areas. Regular check-ins with department leads will be essential to identify problems and areas for improvement, enabling you to enhance productivity by simplifying processes and enabling cross-functional teams to work smarter. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you track and analyze key metrics such as pipeline growth, deal probabilities, margin percentages, win/loss rates, and performance against KPIs/targets. This data will provide valuable insights and recommendations for the business. You will also be responsible for creating monthly content for recurring meetings, executive presentations, and board reporting, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with the company's revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Support the AMER VPs of Sales and Partner Services in running the day-to-day revenue operations.
  • Partner with leadership across Partnerships, Partner Services, Insurance & Marketing on process improvement, measurement, tracking & analytics relevant to their functional areas.
  • Maintain regular check-ins with department leads to determine & identify any problems or areas for improvement.
  • Enhance productivity by enabling cross-functional teams to work smarter by simplifying processes.
  • Track & analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, deal probabilities, margin percentages, win/loss rates, & tracking against KPIs/targets to provide insights and recommendations for the business.
  • Create monthly content for recurring meetings, executive presentations & board reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience working with Sales Teams.
  • 5+ years experience working with Hubspot and/or Salesforce.
  • Experience in Revenue Operations as a subject matter expert with proficiency in creating reports, optimizing processes & managing dashboards.
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, & distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace & Excel.
  • Knowledge of Google Apps Scripts & Looker Studio.
  • Knowledge of SQL & Python.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a postgraduate degree and/or record of academic achievement is also desirable.
