About the position

The Revenue Operations Manager at Acumera Inc. plays a crucial role in supporting the company's revenue goals and strategic objectives. Responsibilities

  • Support the achievement of revenue goals and strategic objectives.
  • Provide operational support around sales reporting, forecasting, and compensation.
  • Partner cross-functionally across the company to align sales strategies.
  • Develop and manage global sales forecasting, planning, reporting, and analytics infrastructure.
  • Monitor and ensure high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in sales planning and forecasting efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to model, forecast, and report on lead generation activities.
  • Analyze sales data and rep productivity data to provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficient HubSpot admin experience.
  • Experience in sales reporting and forecasting.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales training and performance management programs.
  • Familiarity with sales productivity and process analysis.
