About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Operations Partner II to join our Revenue Operations & Strategy team. In this role, you will work closely with Strategic Partnerships Teams to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts, improving workflows, and analyzing trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales strategy, or a similar analytical role within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and data visualization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Salesforce, BI tools). SQL experience is required. PowerBI a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across various levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results, think strategically, and execute tactically.
  • Experience working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment with Partnerships, Sales, Finance, and Data Science teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize Strategic Partnership deal models, ensuring data-driven forecasting and revenue impact analysis.
  • Develop self-service analytics tools and reporting dashboards to track key metrics, partnership effectiveness, and revenue trends.
  • Partner with the Data Science Team to refine internal analytics tools, ensuring visibility and accessibility of critical revenue and performance data.
  • Empower Alliance Managers & Strategic Partnership Sales Reps by equipping them with actionable data and performance insights to enhance customer-facing activities & strengthen partnership performance.
  • Provide comprehensive analysis throughout the Partnership life cycle, delivering actionable insights that influence leadership decisions and growth strategies.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in revenue reporting, forecasting models, and performance measurement.
