The role: We are looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for people and driving growth. A self-motivated and driven Revenue Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our sales and revenue strategies, optimizing processes and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve our ambitious growth goals. In our fast-paced startup environment, this role is pivotal to ensuring we scale effectively and sustainably. You'll have the opportunity to build and refine our go-to-market strategies, develop cutting-edge sales enablement programs, and leverage data analytics to inform strategic decisions that will form the bedrock for our North American expansion. This is a high-visibility role - you will be working in lockstep with our North American VP to not only improve our revenue operations but also improve all facets of the North American business from state expansion strategies to strategic partnership proposals. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams, marketing and leadership to build comprehensive go-to-market strategies, identifying target customer segments and corresponding propositions that enable product-market-fit.
  • Lead the end-to-end optimization of all revenue processes to enhance automation, team efficiency and overall revenue generation.
  • Oversee sales forecasting and pipeline management to ensure consistent and predictable revenue streams in close partnership with our CFO and CRO.
  • Build and manage sales enablement programs including onboarding, ongoing training in soft skills and product readiness, and the production of sales collateral.
  • Design and optimize sales processes to enhance team productivity and effectiveness, including tinkering with our CRM (Hubspot) to automate sequences as much as possible.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics such as overall revenue growth, customer lifetime value, net revenue retention, cross-functional efficiency, sales productivity, conversion rates, average deal size, sales cycle length, and quota attainment.
  • Identify pain points and drive internal operational improvements across our CRM, processes and ways of working.
  • Review and support the development of new lead channels with our Growth and Marketing team (e.g. training referral networks, new partnerships, Nurse or Doctor communities).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to develop scalable operational and strategic playbooks that will be used to grow Fresh Clinics 10x in 24 months.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role in a high-growth startup, management consulting or a dynamic environment.
  • Experience working in a global company with operations in multiple countries.
  • Experience with Enablement in addition to other Revenue Operations areas.
  • Experience building Revenue & Sales Operations programs from scratch.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated GTM strategies to unlock growth.
  • Strong understanding of recurring revenue models, enterprise technology business models and go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Passionate about fostering a human-centric, values-driven culture.
  • High level of integrity, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
