About the position

The Revenue Operations (RevOps) Platforms Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting clients by maximizing the value of their data, technology platforms, and analytics. This position involves implementing business rules for integrated revenue programs, monitoring technical implementations, and evaluating client data to inform strategies. The Analyst will work extensively with various marketing and sales platforms, particularly Eloqua, to ensure accurate program execution and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide RevOps support to clients to maximize data and tech platform value.
  • Implement business rules and requirements for integrated revenue programs.
  • Monitor and maintain technical implementations over time.
  • Evaluate client data to inform strategy in partnership with RevOps strategists.
  • Report on program performance and revenue impact for ID programs.
  • Assess needs, design execution plans, and troubleshoot issues related to MarTech/SalesTech/AdTech platforms.
  • Implement marketing and sales programs in client systems with accuracy and clarity.
  • Document implementations and ensure program reporting metrics are easily obtainable.
  • Evaluate RevOps data to identify patterns, segmentations, risks, and opportunities.
  • Assess technical specifications for executing approved integrated revenue programs.
  • Audit and evaluate advanced strategies related to MAPs, CRMs, SEPs, and CDPs.
  • Manage and maintain reports, dashboards, and forecasts across the RevOps landscape.
  • Champion ID's strategic point-of-view and RevOps disciplines within account teams.
  • Participate in technical QA of RevOps deliverables.
  • Research and answer complex questions regarding RevOps technology, data, or analytics.

Requirements

  • Strong MarTech/SalesTech/AdTech skills with expert-level certifications in at least one MAP, one CRM, and one AB/AdTech platform.
  • Very high level of expertise with Eloqua is required.
  • Experience as an admin of MarTech/SalesTech/AdTech platforms.
  • Client-facing experience at a marketing agency, sales development firm, software development shop, or related SaaS vendor.
  • Experience implementing MAP, CRM, CDP, or related platforms.
