About the position

As a Revenue Operations Specialist on the GTM Systems and Tools team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and scaling our Salesforce instance and connected tech stack. This position requires close collaboration with our Go-To-Market teams and Business Operations functions to ensure that our sales processes are efficient and reportable. Your primary responsibility will be to gather requirements from stakeholders, configure the systems accordingly, and provide exceptional support to ensure everything runs smoothly. In this role, you will identify gaps in the current CPQ product catalog used by the Florence team and develop a comprehensive project plan aimed at improving adoption while establishing controlling mechanisms suitable for a scaling organization. You will leverage Salesforce reporting and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) as processes evolve, allowing you to validate the efficacy of the solutions implemented. Providing prompt support to end users will be essential, as you will help resolve issues that may affect their funnel progress. You will work closely with Sales Leadership and Finance to ensure data accuracy, which is vital for accurate pipeline and bookings reporting. Additionally, you will support the strategic arm of Revenue Operations by managing commission plans within Salesforce. As technology evolves, you will be expected to continuously gain knowledge and develop additional skills, making recommendations for future roadmap items based on Salesforce product releases. Educating the broader Sales and Account Management teams will also be part of your responsibilities, which will involve creating end-user training and documentation in collaboration with our Sales Enablement leader and utilizing the Highspot platform. You will execute all configuration changes within the GTM Systems and Tools team and proactively monitor system configurations and controls. Maintaining an understanding of the broader GTM systems landscape will be crucial, as you will provide end-user support across the Salesforce cloud of solutions and select integrated partners.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Identify gaps in the current CPQ product catalog used by the Florence team and develop a project plan to improve adoption while setting up controlling mechanisms for a scaling organization.
  • Leverage Salesforce reporting and dashboards to keep track of key KPIs as processes evolve to prove, or disprove efficacy of solutions.
  • Provide prompt support to end users to resolve issues affecting their funnel progress.
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership and Finance to ensure data accuracy to power accurate pipeline and bookings reporting.
  • Support the Strategic arm of RevOps via powering commission plans within Salesforce.
  • Constantly gain knowledge and develop additional skills as quickly as the technology evolves, making recommendations for future roadmap items based on Salesforce product releases.
  • Educate the broader Sales and Account Management teams through end-user training and documentation via collaboration with our Sales Enablement leader and Highspot platform.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of certified Salesforce Administrator experience.
  • 2+ years experience within Salesforce CPQ.
  • Experience in migrating soon-to-be legacy automation to Flows in Salesforce.
  • Stellar communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • Comprehension of a SaaS business model.
  • A self-starter attitude with a passion for learning and growing.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, and/or customer operations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with other RevOps technologies like Docusign CLM, Zendesk, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChurnZero, Hubspot, Tableau, Netsuite, etc.
  • Salesforce advanced automation or APEX development experience.
  • An understanding of, or experience with, formalized project management.
