Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in coordinating data from various business systems, writing basic SQL queries, preparing and presenting reports, and driving business insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, technical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and integrate data from various business systems (HubSpot, databases, billing, etc.) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and execute basic SQL queries to extract and analyze data as needed.
• Prepare detailed and comprehensive reports on revenue metrics, trends, and performance indicators.
• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform business strategies and decisions.
• Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders, summarizing findings and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Identify and implement improvements in data processes and reporting methodologies.
• Work closely with finance, sales, marketing, and other departments to support data needs and ensure alignment of revenue operations strategies.
• Assist in the management and optimization of business intelligence tools and software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a revenue operations, data analysis, or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL for writing and understanding basic queries (MySQL, MS SQL, MS Access).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced functions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in the automotive repair industry or similar fields.
