About the position

The Revenue Operations Senior Analyst at PracticeTek plays a crucial role in enhancing sales and marketing performance through data-driven insights and analysis. This position focuses on optimizing processes, improving data accuracy, and fostering collaboration across departments to drive growth and efficiency in the healthcare technology sector.

Responsibilities

  • Generate/monitor sales and marketing performance metrics and reports
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across sales and marketing strategies for each market
  • Assist in sales forecasting and pipeline analysis and other ad-hoc reporting/analysis
  • Provide data-driven insights for sales compensation, territory management, and quota setting
  • Continuously identify areas to standardize/optimize sales processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align GTM plans with product development, sales, and marketing strategies
  • Monitor sales efforts in relation to the GTM strategies and provide actionable insights and recommended improvements
  • Provide insights and data to help sales teams understand customer needs and tailor their approach
  • Design and deliver training programs that improve sales competencies, product knowledge, and engagement strategies
  • Develop and manage sales enablement content, including playbooks, presentations, and resources
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support better and faster decision making for sales and marketing leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or a similar role, preferably within entrepreneurial SaaS settings
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce and HubSpot objects and fields/properties
  • Excellent data analysis capabilities with proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and/or SQL
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports using Tableau or other data visualization tools
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement changes effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Proven ability to adapt and thrive under pressure and in fluid environments
