We are looking for a Revenue Operations Strategy Analyst who will play a crucial role in aiding the revenue team and leaders to become more data literate. This position involves translating complex analyses into easy-to-understand and actionable insights. The analyst will provide and maintain key metrics that sales, marketing, and customer experience teams use to define success. This role is a hybrid of traditional jobs in data analysis, performance evaluation, revenue strategy, and planning, with a hybrid work schedule that includes in-office commitments each week. The primary responsibilities include building repeatable processes and tools/dashboards to empower revenue leaders and representatives with critical operational data related to revenue strategy and execution. This includes creating weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports, pipeline reviews, and assessments of sales and marketing programs. The analyst must articulate how the processes and data relate to the overall revenue strategy and analyze complex business problems through independent investigations and data forensics. Additionally, the role involves identifying operational inefficiencies, data quality issues, and behavioral trends, as well as collaborating within the revenue operations team to improve or define processes that promote data integrity and reporting to support sales, marketing, and customer experience strategies.
