About the position

The Revenue Operations, Systems Lead at Retool is responsible for enhancing the company's go-to-market (GTM) strategies by managing and optimizing revenue operations systems. Responsibilities

  • Own a subset of systems within the Retool portfolio and collaborate on project execution.
  • Advise GTM functions on project identification, scoping, and execution to ensure impactful work.
  • Ensure GTM systems maintain top quality in terms of data and workflow.
  • Contribute to Retool's success in becoming a leader in innovative software development.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of direct experience in revenue operations for a B2B SaaS business, with exposure to both product-led and sales-led motions.
  • 6-8 years of total experience including related teams.
  • Expertise in implementing new systems or refactoring old systems.
  • Expertise in all stages of project management.
  • Ownership mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative style with strong influence skills.
