About the position

The Revenue Operations, Systems Lead at Retool is responsible for managing revenue operations, executing projects, and supporting go-to-market (GTM) functions to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities

  • Own a subset of systems within the Retool portfolio and collaborate on project execution.
  • Advise GTM functions on project identification, scoping, and execution.
  • Ensure GTM systems maintain top quality in terms of data and workflow.
  • Support strategies for both Sales-Led and Product-Led growth.
  • Monitor performance and scope improvements across GTM initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of direct experience in revenue operations for a B2B SaaS business.
  • 6-8 years of total experience in related roles.
  • Expertise in implementing new systems or refactoring old systems.
  • Strong project management skills across all stages.
  • Attention to detail and an ownership mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative with strong influence skills.
