About the position

The Revenue Operations & Technology Manager at Re:Build Manufacturing is a pivotal role within the marketing team, responsible for the strategy and implementation of a comprehensive marketing technology stack. This includes managing marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and B2B marketing database management. The position requires close collaboration with various teams to integrate MarTech into the Re:Build ecosystem, optimizing processes and enhancing performance through data-driven insights and technology integration. This hands-on role is crucial for driving lead conversion and improving marketing effectiveness across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own campaign and digital marketing initiative optimization by providing actionable insights and recommendations based on marketing operations strategies.
  • Provide analytics and insights into campaign performance, linking campaigns to pipeline opportunities and revenue reporting.
  • Improve return on investment and campaign effectiveness using marketing attribution reporting and data analysis.
  • Analyze and report on data across the revenue organization against business strategy and targets.
  • Manage end-to-end communication of marketing performance through HubSpot dashboards and data visualization tools.
  • Develop guidelines and effective approaches for using HubSpot across multiple organizations, creating training materials.
  • Lead major implementation milestones and maintain data quality in the CRM.
  • Optimize lead scoring and run lead intake for demand generation activity.
  • Create workflows and maintain lists for dynamic email campaigns with personalization.
  • Collaborate with all Re:Build businesses to harmonize HubSpot usage across varying needs.
  • Create a vision for the marketing technology roadmap and ensure seamless data integration across the MarTech ecosystem.
  • Complete technical website updates in WordPress VIP.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a marketing revenue operations or CRM management role.
  • Competency in Account Based Marketing (ABM), Paid Media, Automation, CRO, SEO, and retention strategies.
  • Strong background in reporting and analyzing demand-generation programs that deliver measurable business results.
  • Experience with HubSpot and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and Google Suite analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with WordPress VIP.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in revenue generation such as Direct Response, Sales, and Business Development motions.
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution modeling and Martech integration.
