The Revenue & Profit Analysis Manager at JLR is a pivotal role located in Mahwah, NJ, responsible for overseeing revenue management and financial consolidation for JLR North America, which includes the prestigious brands of Range Rover, Defender, Discovery, and Jaguar. This position reports directly to the Director of Finance and plays a crucial role in leading a team of finance professionals. The primary focus of this role encompasses profit/loss reporting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, and financial modeling. The successful candidate will be instrumental in month-end close and reporting, variance analysis, gross revenue planning, and project leadership on profit optimization activities. Additionally, the role involves setting transfer prices, foreign exchange reporting, and cash forecasting, requiring close collaboration with various business areas including Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Sales, and the House of Brands. In this role, the Revenue & Profit Analysis Manager will lead the preparation and creation of the annual budget, quarterly forecast updates, and monthly profit and loss reporting for Jaguar Land Rover North America. This includes all lines of business such as new and used vehicles, parts, and accessories. The manager will present financial reporting to leadership, providing insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance and mitigate risks based on predictive modeling. Furthermore, the role involves managing the preparation and distribution of House of Brands reporting, which includes vehicle margins, fixed costs, and brand allocations, as well as developing Market Review presentations as requested by senior management. The manager will also liaise with JLR UK on all U.S. financial reporting inputs and requirements, creating and updating reporting processes and procedures to improve efficiency in planning and actual reporting decisions. The Revenue Management aspect of this role includes liaising with the Pricing Team to forecast new vehicle revenue for Jaguar Land Rover US, reviewing and approving vehicle transfer prices, and conducting cash forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. The manager will also handle ad hoc requests and special projects as needed, ensuring that all duties are performed effectively and efficiently.
