About the position

The Revenue QA Analyst will be responsible for overseeing daily activities within the Revenue Quality Assurance team, focusing on analytical reporting, client data analysis, revenue analysis at the product level, and identifying process efficiencies. This role involves establishing and managing internal controls to enhance operational workflows and ensure the integrity of billing data. The analyst will also investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions, and support internal and external audits, ultimately aiming to optimize the client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and implement quality standards and controls for the Billing and Revenue teams.
  • Document quality control procedures and safeguards to preserve the integrity of billing and client data.
  • Report operational gaps and data quality issues to management.
  • Partner with the Accounting team on Revenue Recognition and update stakeholders on procedural changes.
  • Review Annual Price Increases with Management, Pricing, and Finance to ensure correct client billing.
  • Report discrepancies to Senior Leadership.
  • Provide billing support to internal and external Auditors, including contracts, schedules, and invoices.
  • Audit client pricing monthly to ensure billing accuracy and enhance client experience.
  • Establish partnerships with key stakeholders to identify gaps and support strategic initiatives.
  • Complete data analysis requested by management and product owners regarding client, product, and revenue analysis.
  • Assist the billing team with monthly trending analysis at the client and bill code/element level.
  • Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience with Internal and External Audits
  • 4+ years experience with Reconciliation and Analysis
  • 3+ years of Accounting experience, including Billing and Accounts Receivable
  • 4 year college degree in Business, Finance or related field or 6 years combined experience in Audit, Reconciliations, Billing and Contracts
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (Excel, including Vlookups and Pivot Tables, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
  • Working experience with Power BI
  • Ability to implement process controls
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
