  • College education from an accredited institution can substitute for required experience.

Responsibilities

  • Contact taxpayers to resolve tax liabilities.
  • Coordinate filing and enforcement actions for taxes administered by the Department of Revenue.
  • Execute levies, garnishments, and transferee liabilities.
  • Issue subpoenas and prepare legal affidavits.
  • Perform physical asset inventories and secure legal service of documents.
  • Recommend agency actions based on findings.
