About the position

The Revenue Systems Specialist is responsible for inputting client data into revenue systems, ensuring timely and accurate data capture, and auditing billing information to maintain system integrity. This role involves providing progress updates to leadership, maintaining adherence to company policies, and collaborating with team members to ensure data accuracy and compliance with commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Input client information and rates into systems
• Accurately document Client Commercial Agreements
• Monitor and ensure billing accuracy and adherence to policies
• Provide status updates and progress tracking to leadership
• Ensure data is aligned with system demands and guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance
• 2 years of related experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and Spanish (preferred)

• Experience in railroad transportation

Benefits
