About the position

The Reverse Logistics Lead at Trulieve is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Reverse Logistics department, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team. This role involves auditing, data accuracy, and maintaining quality standards while motivating team members and addressing any issues that arise. The position plays a crucial part in supporting the company's mission to provide compassionate care to patients through efficient logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Reverse Logistics department.
• Audit totes from stores and record data from the results.
• Inspect products to ensure all labels are present.
• Document all items during various processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the working space.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Dispose of returns as directed by Team Lead or Supervisor/Manager.
• Understand quality measures and KPI linkage to site results and vision.
• Set clear team goals and delegate tasks with deadlines.
• Monitor team performance and report on daily metrics.
• Motivate team members and discover training needs.
• Provide coaching and resolve any issues or conflicts.

Requirements

• 2 - 5 years of proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
• Good PC skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Decision-making skills.
• Degree in Management or Business is a plus.
