About the position

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and update reviews content that responds to seasonal trends and brand goals.
• Support search and affiliate revenue goals with a flexible mindset.
• Collaborate with the testing team and staff experts for product suggestions and insights.
• Enhance user experience through creative layout and strategic retailer selection.
• Create authoritative buying guides that provide purchasing advice to the audience.
• Identify reliable sources, retailers, experts, and brands to influence reader purchases.
• Use Google Analytics and data management platforms to optimize content for affiliate revenue.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of writing experience.
• At least 1 year in product journalism.
• Expertise or passion for key categories such as lawn and garden, tools, electronics, or cycling gear.
• Basic understanding of SEO and commerce content best practices.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging headlines and blurbs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working within a CMS.
