Responsibilities

• Design architectural plans using REVIT for residential and commercial projects.
• Conduct initial zoning analysis and ensure compliance with building codes.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts and solutions.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for project presentations and documentation.
• Work on both residential-focused and commercial/QSR-focused projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 8 years of experience as an architectural designer.
• Strong proficiency in REVIT (6 years required).
• Experience in residential and commercial fit-outs (5 years preferred).
• Knowledge of US building systems (5 years required).
• Familiarity with zoning analysis and building codes (5 years preferred).
• Experience with Enscape, Forte, or Vitruvius (1 year preferred).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in retail and restaurant design.
• Familiarity with additional design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
