About the position

The Reward & Benefits Analyst (Part Time) role at Ricoh involves supporting the company's reward, recognition, and benefit practices through data analytics. The position focuses on providing insights into people-related issues, assisting in pay modeling, coordinating gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting, and ensuring compliance with equal pay audits. The analyst will also support job evaluation processes and contribute to various reward and benefits projects, all while working in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support all reward, recognition, and benefit practices by providing people analytics.
  • Assist the Reward & Insights Manager with detailed pay modeling for annual pay reviews.
  • Coordinate gender pay gap reporting and provide insights for action plans.
  • Assist with ethnicity pay gap reporting to formulate future action plans.
  • Conduct regular equal pay audits to ensure compliance and fairness.
  • Gather and process qualitative and quantitative data on people-related strategies.
  • Submit the annual salary & benefits survey to access market data.
  • Support the job evaluation process and provide market data for HR decisions.
  • Provide analytical support to reward & benefits projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • IT literate with advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to collate and analyze data to produce clear recommendations.
  • Good communication skills at all levels.
  • Understanding of reward and pay benchmarking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to produce presentations showcasing analytical work.
  • Understanding of business intelligence tools and analysis methodologies (desirable).
  • Good aptitude for producing reports with excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of using SharePoint (advantageous).
  • Understanding of job evaluation methodologies (desirable).

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous reward experience (desirable, not essential).
