About the position

The RF Design Engineer will be part of a Wireless Hardware R&D team, focusing on the development of new technologies and the application of industry trends. This role involves leading the full life cycle of wireless RF development, ensuring that products meet specifications and quality goals, and collaborating with management to drive innovation in the power grid and energy resource management sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead wireless RF full life cycle development including test and manufacturing exposure.
• Investigate the application of new technologies and industry trends.
• Collaborate with management to ensure end products meet specifications and quality goals.
• Contribute to the design and development of RF transceivers, including RF PA, LNA, RF filters, synthesizers, VCOs, and mixers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience in industry or a research capacity.
• Expertise in RF transceiver design including RF PA, LNA, RF filters, synthesizers, VCOs, and mixers.
• Experience with advanced modeling and simulation, with FCC certification experience being a plus.
• Exposure to RF antenna design is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field (MS degree preferred).
