Responsibilities

• Develop advanced circuit card solutions for RF and mixed-signal systems.
• Utilize schematic capture and simulation tools for design validation.
• Collaborate with system-level designers for link analysis and frequency planning.
• Conduct tolerance and reliability analyses consistent with MIL SPEC RF designs.
• Engage in parts and materials selection for RF circuit card designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience with 14+ years of professional experience, or 12+ years with a related Master's degree.
• Demonstrated experience in mmWave Circuit Card Design and Transceiver Design.
• Proficiency with Mentor Graphics / Siemens Xpedition for schematic capture and layout.
• Experience with CST or equivalent for circuit card design simulation.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and power supplies.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with military specification CCA design.
• Ability to derive test requirements for mixed-signal CCA designs.
• Experience with Mentor Graphics Siemens Hyperlynx for signal integrity analysis.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with design engineers.
