About the position

We are on the hunt for an experienced RF Hardware Engineer with a knack for developing printed circuit boards for highly integrated monolithic and multi-chip solutions. This role will revolve around developing RF technologies. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development of groundbreaking ultra-high speed RF CMOS SOC's and MCM's for a broad range of high-frequency commercial, military, and aerospace applications. This position requires a deep understanding of RF design principles and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet stringent performance requirements. The RF Hardware Engineer will be responsible for the entire design process, from concept through to production, ensuring that all designs are optimized for performance, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness. The role also involves troubleshooting and resolving design issues, as well as providing technical support to manufacturing and test teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop printed circuit boards for highly integrated monolithic and multi-chip solutions.
• Design RF hardware for ultra-high speed RF CMOS SOC's and MCM's.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative RF solutions.
• Optimize designs for performance, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design issues during the development process.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and test teams.

Requirements

• Experience with Cadence Orcad and Allegro software.
• Ability to design boards with analog bandwidths exceeding 20+ GHz.
• Proficiency in circuit board layout and making critical routing changes using Allegro.
• Experience in developing RF hardware for commercial, military, and aerospace applications.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with high-frequency design principles.
• Experience with multi-chip module (MCM) design.
• Knowledge of RF testing and measurement techniques.
