About the position

The RFP Content Manager (RFP CM) at HarbourVest Partners is responsible for maintaining the consistency and data integrity of the RFP content library and related systems. This role involves collaborating across functions to enhance the efficiency of the RFP content system, ensuring high-quality responses and template creation. The RFP CM will also provide training and support to users, while creatively solving content-related issues to improve the overall client experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistency and data integrity across the RFP content library and related systems.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop new content and identify gaps in existing content.
• Coordinate across products to standardize language and content where appropriate.
• Identify commonalities and similar issues related to content across products.
• Use related experiences to help SMEs improve their content.
• Collaborate with RFP content system vendor, IT, and other internal partners to integrate the RFP content system with HarbourVest applications.
• Act as an advocate for the RFP content process and help drive understanding and adoption.
• Stay current with RFP content system and HarbourVest improvements, continuously looking for ways to improve and add new functionalities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in RFP or content creation capacity preferred.
• Strong project management experience, including the ability to prioritize multiple demanding priorities.
• Experience with Seismic, Salesforce, and Loopio preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a flexible and innovative approach to work.
