About the position

The RFP Writer at Robert Half will be responsible for writing and managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) in accordance with the company's standards. This role requires collaboration with various teams to gather necessary information and the use of Microsoft Office Suite to create and manage proposals and related documents. This is a 5-month contract position based in Boston, requiring onsite work three days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Write and manage RFPs and RFIs in alignment with company standards and guidelines.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for creating and managing proposals and related documents.
  • Collaborate with different teams to gather necessary information for proposal writing.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Experience in proposal writing.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of proposals - RFPs.
  • Proficiency in investment management.
  • Experience in content management.
  • Exceptional writing skills.
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg software.
  • Understanding of investment vehicles.
  • Degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure.
