About the position

The Ride Operator position at Heritage Amusements involves providing excellent customer service while operating the Carousel at Arden Fair Mall. The role requires ensuring the safety and enjoyment of riders, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a fun atmosphere for guests.

Responsibilities

• Safely loading and unloading riders onto the Carousel.
• Helping customers get on the ride as needed.
• Checking that all riders are secure before starting the ride.
• Starting the ride and ensuring it operates smoothly.
• Making sure everyone safely exits the Carousel after the ride.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in retail sales is a plus.
