The Sales Person at Go Motopia, Inc. is responsible for engaging with customers at the rental and sales office, assisting them in selecting vehicles, and promoting the company's rental programs. This entry-level position focuses on providing exceptional customer service and building trust with clients referred from ride-sharing platforms like Uber, Lyft, and Doordash. The role includes sales calls, vehicle delivery arrangements, and utilizing an internal database to check vehicle availability.
Responsibilities
- Greets customers at the Motopia-LIC rental and sales office and mobile marketing hubs.
- Determines the make, type, and quality of vehicle desired by the customer.
- Explains the company's programs and platform benefits to customers.
- Assists with sale and rental deliveries.
- Makes sales calls and arranges for delivery and registration of vehicles.
- Looks up the availability of models and optional equipment using the internal computer database.
Requirements
