Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, assemble, repair, and install lifting and handling equipment configurations.
• Inspect equipment prior to operation to ensure it is certified and adequate for use.
• Unload incoming trucks daily and place material in the proper location.
• Sign receiving/shipment documents and ensure inventory records and material receipts are accurate.
• Use automated equipment to verify inventory levels, place stock, verify storage locations, and produce shipment documentation.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
• Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.
• Must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
• Must obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty.
• Must successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug test.
• Must obtain and maintain a current valid US driver's license.
• Must obtain and maintain a Forklift Operator License and Heavy Equipment License.

• Experience in rigging techniques and warehouse functions.
