Responsibilities

• Support the Property Management program by resolving routine issues regarding the use of State Water Project lands and rights of way.
• Work under the supervision of the Senior Right of Way Agent to perform entry-level duties.
• Assist in facilitating meetings and presentations related to property management.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships and address concerns.
• Adapt to changing workloads and assist in other Real Estate Branch Units as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, real estate, or a similar area (preferred but not required).
• 1 year of experience in organizational skills and property management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid California driver's license for conducting State business.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Nice-to-haves

• Practical working knowledge of Property Management functions.
• Experience making presentations and facilitating meetings.
• Certified Notary Public or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
