About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated Risk Solutions Sales Specialist with a strong background in sales, specifically in consulting for the banking and insurance sectors. This role is pivotal in bridging our sales team with clients, emphasizing the importance of effective sales techniques while leveraging expertise in risk solutions. The successful candidate will fluently communicate in German and possess deep knowledge of the German market, enabling them to effectively connect our risk solutions to client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including Risk Officers and Risk Managers.
  • Engage clients in discussions about their business needs and challenges, clearly articulating how our risk solutions can drive their success.
  • Partner with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to strategic planning sessions to refine approaches for reaching potential clients.
  • Initiate proactive lead generation efforts to uncover new prospects interested in our risk management solutions.
  • Assess and qualify leads by understanding their distinct needs and aligning them with our solutions.
  • Develop compelling and tailored sales presentations that differentiate our risk solutions from competitors.
  • Utilize real-world case studies and examples during client presentations to showcase the tangible benefits of our offerings.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and challenges within risk management, particularly in the banking and insurance fields.
  • Monitor regulatory developments impacting our clients, ensuring our solutions remain relevant and compliant.
  • Guide clients through the sales process, addressing queries and concerns to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the timely execution of contracts and service delivery.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for clients to our Professional Services team after a successful sale.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to confirm satisfaction and explore additional needs.
  • Provide valuable insights from client interactions and market observations to our product teams, fostering enhancements in our risk solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to drive sales and cultivate client relationships effectively.
  • Understanding of risk management principles, specifically within the banking and insurance domains.
  • Awareness of current trends, challenges, and regulatory developments in the German market.
  • Fluency in German, both spoken and written, to engage effectively with clients.
