About the position

The Risk & Compliance Manager at PwC will play a crucial role in helping pharmaceutical and medical technology companies navigate regulatory risks and enhance their compliance frameworks. This position involves leading a team to develop and implement effective internal controls, leveraging analytics and technology to optimize risk management processes, and improving overall business performance. The role requires a strong focus on client service, leadership, and the ability to analyze complex compliance issues.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance, Business Administration/Management, or Engineering.
  • 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry regulatory environment.

  • Extensive-level knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations and industry codes specific to the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
  • Leadership and project management skills.
  • Communication and presentation skills to convey complex compliance concepts.

  • Subject matter specialization in global compliance program strategy, design, and operation.
