Responsibilities

- Assist with regulatory interactions and compliance in consumer lending.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and operational risk controls as per company standards.
- Collaborate with business units to assess data availability and reporting needs.
- Stay updated on regulations and compliance requirements to support senior leadership during regulatory updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in the financial banking industry, preferably in a governance role.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently and deliver projects end-to-end.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with experience in technical writing.
- Ability to present effectively and build consensus across teams.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel (including pivot tables and logic functions).

- Experience with Tableau and SQL is a plus.
