Responsibilities

• Provide consultative services to customers within a loss prevention specialty area.
• Conduct on-site evaluations and create/implement service plans to control customer risks and losses.
• Provide risk assessment services and track progress to demonstrate value to clients.
• Serve as a trainer/mentor to less experienced consultants.
• Enhance the company's leadership position in safety by developing key relationships.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of loss prevention services provided by junior consultants.
• Collaborate with management to develop policies, procedures, and new products for loss prevention services.
• Identify new business opportunities and design programs to improve service offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with coursework in math, engineering, or related areas.
• At least 5 years of directly related consulting experience in loss prevention or safety.
• Advanced knowledge and skills in risk assessment, service planning, and delivery.
• Effective interpersonal, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to create complex documents and spreadsheets.

Nice-to-haves

• Professional certification in CSP, ARM, CRM, CPCU, CIH, or CPE.
• Experience in property and construction sectors.
