As a Vice President in the Office of Document Governance at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a pivotal role in the Risk Management and Compliance (RM&C) global organization. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team dedicated to establishing governance frameworks and requirements for policy, standard, and procedure management. This position is crucial for ensuring that the firm operates within the legal obligations and regulatory frameworks that govern our industry. You will oversee the day-to-day execution of the Legal Obligation and Regulatory Change Management program, which includes identifying, implementing, and managing key governance framework requirements for RM&C. In this role, you will be expected to provide strategic vision and guidance to drive the agenda for governance and document management. You will champion governance requirements and ensure adherence across the organization, offering guidance and interpretation of these requirements to various stakeholders. Your expertise in governance will be essential as you manage the socialization of policies and standards firmwide. You will also be responsible for drafting strong written content for various documents, including policies, standards, procedural documents, business requirements, and technical specifications. Additionally, you will research and analyze current business processes and best practices to identify opportunities for process improvements. Crafting analysis-backed business cases for proposals will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will gather and critically analyze diverse collections of qualitative and quantitative data, relaying succinct conclusions to inform team decisions and direct project efforts. Clear and compelling communication materials for Line of Business (LOB), Corporate Functions (CF), and firm-level status updates will also be part of your deliverables. Your role will require effective partnership and engagement with key stakeholders both within and outside of RM&C, ensuring a consistent and excellent stakeholder experience. You will need to communicate effectively, guiding and influencing across all work streams and stakeholders to achieve the objectives of the Office of Document Governance.
