About the position

As a Risk Management Product Analyst at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that key risk management priorities for Consumer and Community Banking are effectively implemented, supported, and monitored. This position requires collaboration with various teams, including Technology and the Chief Risk Office, to anticipate and address emerging risks while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Support Team Delivery by understanding team goals and assisting in achieving them.
  • Act as the eyes and ears for the Area Product Owner, providing insights on team collaboration.
  • Track backlog and prioritize tasks to optimize team efforts.
  • Work with the Scrum Master to keep the backlog organized and ensure Jira is up to date.
  • Utilize data and expert knowledge to identify problems that need solving, guiding the product development process.
  • Participate in important meetings and events, setting a good example and encouraging team growth.
  • Encourage innovation by seeking creative solutions to problems and inspiring the team to think outside the box.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to help guide the product vision.
  • Create customer-focused solutions across the organization.
  • Provide continuous improvement for both the product and personal development.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams and cross-functional areas.

Requirements

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Business Management, or a similar field of study.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects to completion under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present data-driven recommendations clearly and logically.
  • Ability to write or understand programming languages used for big data and traditional models, such as Python, Scala, SAS, and SQL.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Cloud), data management tools, and reporting visualization solutions.
